Shipping Policy
A. IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free on all items. All items will be delivered to your door.
B. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed online Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will begin processing that day and ship within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.
C. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER ?
Orders in India should reach you within 4 - 7 working days after the order has been confirmed.
D. ARE THERE ANY DUTIES OR TAXES ?
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
E. HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS PLACED ?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/telephone.
F. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?
Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB via email.

H. EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- Your delivery address is within India.
- All tags & packaging is in place.
- The product has not been worn/used/washed.
Step 1: If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please email us on hello@evrydy.in within 44 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number, specifying the piece you currently have and the one you would like to exchange it for, or if you wish to return it.
- Specify the reason for the exchange, return
Step 2: A reverse pick-up will then be scheduled within 3-4 business days.
Step 3: Once the product reaches our head-office, a quality check will be conducted and if the returned piece passes this, your new piece will be dispatched immediately.
Step 4: You will receive an updated invoice of the same. Incase of any price disparity between the exchanged style and the new one, you will be charged / refunded accordingly. In case of return the amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.

I. IF MY ORDER IS COD, CAN I STILL EXCHANGE/RETURN MY PRODUCT ? HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?
In case of COD orders, if you live in India, you can follow the above steps to exchange or return your product. Once we receive your product our team will contact you and take down your bank account details.
Incase of any price disparity between the exchanged style and the new one, you will be charged / refunded the money in your bank account accordingly.
In case of return the amount will be transferred to the bank account details provided by you.
We do not refund money in cash for COD orders.

K. WHAT IF MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME ORDER ?
